Our Mission

Tobacco Free Mass advocates for policy that advances tobacco prevention and cessation to reduce tobacco use, the leading cause of preventable death and disease in the Commonwealth, and decrease the public's exposure to secondhand smoke.

Our Vision

Tobacco Free Mass envisions a day...

•when smoking and tobacco use rates are a priority public health and policy issue

•when those most vulnerable and most at risk for smoking and tobacco-related diseases receive comprehensive prevention and cessation services

•when the tobacco industry's deceptive marketing strategies are ineffective in luring Massachusetts youth to smoke

•when tobacco-related death and disease is eliminated through a shared interest in a Tobacco-Free Commonwealth
